blogging from KK hospital o:-)

we brought baby Jedi in as he was coughing badly yesterday afternoon. X ray results looks okay, though some phelgm was vaguely heard on her left side. It's strange that while waiting to see the doctors in the hospital, baby Jedi does seem to be better. Is it the air-con? :) or just the assurance that we are in the hospital?

So far after examinations by the doctors last night and this morning, baby's condition does look okay, so we are staying on just as a precaution and further observations while waiting for the blood test results. No fever too, so it's also a good sign. Prob the KK doctors have seen much much worse cases than now. I glanced over the medical diagnosis and saw "chest infection" written there.

We noticed that by putting the pacifier in (which we are using sparingly, okay okay i admit i was in the pacifier until Pri 1, but these things can't be hereditary), the coughing does seem better, probably due to distraction from suckling. During times of crying, Jedi was real loud than few weeks ago, which obviously shows that his lungs are clear. Was quietly hopeful previously that my son would compose of a quiet spirit.

oh yes, we got a free upgrade on the hospital ward again *heehee cheap thrill* God is good! though prob we might shift in the afternoon to our rightful ward.

am hopeful that if all things go well, we can be discharged tmr afternoon. Baby Jedi is sleeping soundly now :-) Praise God!

p/s: i feel supernaturally strong, which feels strange, syl-vyn says it must be the peace of God :)
