Shalom. With the unsuccessful fistula on the right wrist, the surgeon will be trying a graft (more prone to infection, and can last only few yrs) on the left arm. This is a bigger operation which requires 3 days hospitalisation (26-28 Aug). May the Lord grant us success.
It was an extremely tough week at work, where 2 underperforming engineers were fired on the spot. Big damper to staff morale, with the new boss really taking control of how he wants the business to be run. The thought of another few wks of rough work ahead, puts some shivers in me. But I was really glad to hear the GREAT news of a dear bro proposing successfully to conclude the week! There is light at the end of every dark tunnel :)
